This works fully without AI. Nothing here is written by AI, and the records are yours.
This care list is private to the email you sign in with. Names, prayer requests, and journey notes stay on that account. They are not a public page, and another church or team cannot open them.

Name, how you met, who invited them, and the caregiver walking with them.
2. Mark the journey
From first contact toward friendship, a visit, study, and a decision they make themselves.
3. Keep the next step
Log a conversation and a care note. A reminder shows when two weeks have gone quiet.

A note on the wording
Stages describe a relationship, not a score. Moving someone forward is your judgment after a real conversation. The app does not tell you what to say, and it does not celebrate a decision as a win. Fourteen quiet days simply means it may be time to reach out. Worship can be Sunday or Saturday.
