Follow-up that remembers the person, not a quota.

An evangelism team loses the thread when names live in three phones and a group chat. Seeker Care Tracker is one private list: who the person is, how you met, who invited them, what they care about, and who on the team is walking with them.

A touchpoint is a call, a coffee, a visit, a message, or a prayer. You log it when it happened. A follow-up checklist offers a thank-you, a prayer, an invitation, and a check-in. If fourteen days pass with no contact, the care list says they may need a conversation. It does not assign a script, and it does not score the relationship.

The free list holds 10 people and includes the journey board, prayer, checklists, and care notes. $19 raises that to 100 and adds a study tracker plus export. $49 lifetime removes the cap and lets each caregiver keep their own list.

This care list is private to the email you sign in with. Names, prayer requests, and journey notes stay on that account. They are not a public page, and another church or team cannot open them.
