Church visitor follow-up
A visitor is a guest, not a lead.
After a gathering, Sunday or Saturday, someone needs to remember the name, who they sat with, and whether anyone said they would call. Seeker Care Tracker keeps that on the signed-in account. There is no public visitor page.
The journey starts at contact and can move, when it is true, through friendship, an open conversation, a visit to a gathering, study, a decision, baptism or membership, and growing. You choose the move. Days in the current stage are counted from the date you moved them.
The weekly summary counts people in each stage, touchpoints in the week, and next steps whose due date has passed. Those counts are calculated in the app. Print that week, or download a CSV, after the $19 unlock. One of the files is shaped for Church Member Manager. Exporting does not delete them from this care list.
